December 08 update

Monday, December 15th, 2008

Hey there,
this might become a big update. Haven’t gotten to it all year.
The most exciting project over the last 12 month was the production of the new John Enghauser record.
14 awesome tracks, available on CD and i-tunes etc. January of 09. Dicki Fliszar played the drums. John played the bass, keyboards and a bunch of the guitars. I layed down some guitar and recorded and co-produced the album. Christian Kaufmann, an old Berklee buddy of mine, helped with Percussion the final mix and Mastering.

I finished the single ‘the distance’ feat. Brent Anthony. last week. It will be available on i-tunes and Amazon by Mid January.

Also recorded some new material with Anzu Lawson. Check out i-tunes to get a hold of her songs.

Rockstar Camp this last summer was amazing. my staff was once again from around the world. we had more kids then ever. lot’s of stressey fun. We recorded over 200 songs in 10 weeks. pretty crazy. There were definitively some hits in there.

My racing season turned out to be a little on the back burner with all those projects going on, but I managed to win the Masters States Points Race championship again. Second in the Pursuit… that’s what happens when you slack in your training, haha.. Last but not least…
Damian Brell, artist from New Zealand.

We started the project a couple of weeks ago. ended up putting out an EP two weeks ago. Go to Myspace.com/Damianbrell to check out some of the material.
The musicians in the band include: Dave Henning on bass, Karoly Kiss on drums, Michael Saltz and myself on the guitar.

As many of you know, the Viper room showcase went really well. All the expected industry people showed and really liked what they heard. Let’s see what’s going to happen next. In house showcases are already planned.

I guess that’s it for now. I’ll try to follow up a little sooner next time.

see ya all later
